you complete the check out process Cycle Shop USA will
prepare your order for shipment. In many cases this will
happen the same day that you place your order. With distribution
centers located in California, Texas, Illinois and Florida
your order should arrive in 1-4 business days. The “My
Account” link allows you to login using the user name
and password created during the registration process.
Once logged in, you can track your order through our process
all the way up to delivery by UPS. |

must ship all items in a shipping box or envelope; do
not use the product packaging as a shipping container.

return authorization number is required for any return
or exchange. Obtain a RA by emailing Cycle Shop USA at
webmaster@www.cycleshopusa.com. Be sure to write your
RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Cycle Shop USA ships an incorrect item, Cycle Shop USA
will reimburse your return shipping charges at the normal
UPS ground rate. |

warranties on the products sold hereby are those made
by the manufacturer. The seller named hereon hereby expressly

part returned must be in new condition and still in the
original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or
damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any

use the original packaging. Insure the shipment for full

Orders
over $99 ship free via UPS ground within the 48 contiguous
United States. Orders below $99 ship in the same manner
for $8.99.
If you choose to ship via UPS Overnight, UPS Second Day,
or UPS Three Day, shipping charges will be calculated
during the checkout process.
For orders shipped outside the contiguous US, shipping
charges are calculated upon order completion and the buyer
notified prior to shipment. |
